The Advent in Val di TuresA fairy tale atmosphere, with peace and time for contemplation; hot mulled wine, vanilla croissants just out of the oven, the sound of horse hooves hitting the ground, Christmas music, the noise of the Riva stream waterfalls, everything lit up for the celebrations. It all starts at the centre of the town of Campo Tures, more precisely in the “doctor’s house”: many artisans of the area offering their products for sale. A surprise can be found at every corner! Hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and desserts are always available at the Kräuter Café for gourmets and that extra little bit of warmth. And then? Back outside in the open, where you will find horse-driven carriages taking you directly to the enchanted forest (every 30 minutes, or it can be reached with your own car if you prefer, although parking spaces are limited). A wonderful winter journey, organised with attention to every detail, will take you through the woods to the Riva waterfalls, the nativity scene and the small huts …
