For spring-time sun worshippers!
… and young and old always look forward to it: Together we leave no stone untouched and explore the Dolomites together. Way up high where the birds are singing, the sound of cows bells clearly ringing, the mountains call and off you go, in the summer sun or winter snow. In short: Enjoy time together!
Out and about on the farm …
… a good mood guaranteed: watch the cows having their afternoon nap, give the goats a pat, play with the farm dog Maya and cuddle the cats.
Fun in the snow …
… right on our doorstep: rent a sledge and/or bobsleigh from us and whizz down the slope of the hotel’s own snow-covered meadow! What a great rush!
There is plenty of freedom to be a child …
… in the large garden with outdoor playground, on the panoramic terrace and in the hotel’s own meadows and forests. Ever built a den out of branches, pinecones and moss? No? Then it is time that you did!
Should it rain …
… there is fortunately also plenty to do and keep you entertained in our hotel: in our well-equipped playroom you will certainly not get bored. Air hockey and table football are the perfect way to have exciting matches, while painting together you can discover the odd hidden talent and then before you know it the sun is back again.
The short (30-minute walk) but exciting family hike through the diversely fragrant forest leads directly into the realm of the earth pyramids. Along the way, you will discover cairns, dream catchers and exciting information boards on flora, fauna and rock types.
The three waterfalls cascade down the mountain, roaring and full of power – truly a natural spectacle that leaves everyone in awe. You can reach the top over a beautifully designed path – the Franziskusweg – through the shady forest. The way back can be quicker if you take the fly-line.
The open-air museum is many things, but certainly not boring, quite the opposite. The “exhibits” such as old farmhouses, tools of yesteryear, mills, outhouse toilets, medicinal herb and vegetable gardens, historic bowling alleys and much more are all outdoors. Additional fun is provided by a variety of playing stations and a whole host of animal inhabitants …
If you hike further into the forest from the Love Tree, you will reach the Aufhofner Kofel via paths and steep tracks. This power spot is known for its magnificent panoramic views.
