Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is required for all bookings. The deposit can be transferred to the following account after receipt of the booking confirmation:

Payment terms
We accept payments in cash, ATM, Master Card or Visa.

Cancellation Policy conformable to law Art. 1382 ZGB

  • If canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival we charge nothing.
  • If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival we charge 40% of the total amount as cancellation fee.
  • If canceled less than 15 days prior to arrival we charge 60% of the total amount as cancellation fee.
  • If canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival we charge 70% of the total amount as cancellation fee.
  •  The cancellation must be made in written form.
  • In case of a no-show without cancellation on the part of the clients we charge 70% of the total amount.


Conditions of earlier check-out
In case of an earlier check out we charge the full amount for the whole stay.

Holiday cancellation insurance
Because something unexpected can always come up, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Price information

Prices are per day and per person including half board, excluding local tax of 3.00 € per person (from 14 years) per night. Apartment guests can additionally book the catering offer.

Reductions and supplements

  • Reductions for children (when staying in the parents’ room)
    up to 1.9 years: € 15.00, with cot
    from 2 to 5.9 years: – 50%
    from 6 to 11.9 years: – 30%
  • Groups: Special rates apply for groups of 21 or more.
  • Room with breakfast only: – 8.00 €
  • 10 % discount on the 3rd – 5th bed (excl. family room).
  • Dog: on request and with an additional charge of € 23.00 per day without food (only allowed in the superior suites and in the apartment)
